What to expect during a session?

Our colon hydrotherapy sessions last approximately 60 minutes and are conducted by a certified colon therapist using FDA-approved closed system irrigation equipment. Most people find the session to be a comfortable experience, but if you experience any discomfort, the session can be stopped at any time.

During the session, warm water is gently introduced into your colon using specialized techniques, and gentle abdominal massage is applied to stimulate the colon's natural peristaltic action, which will help release and soften waste. This process may be repeated several times during your session to ensure optimal results. The removal of waste should encourage better colon function and elimination.

For your privacy, you will be wearing a gown and will be covered by a sheet during your session. Our certified colon therapist will ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.
